On this the 13th day of November, 1984, on motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County
Treasurer prepare a Kerr County voucher in the amount of $148.79 payable to nary Frances
Reinhardt and to forward same to her attorney of record, Richard C. Mosty; and to draw a
voucher in the amount of $148,79 payable to Jimmy Molter and to forward same to his attorney
of record, Stephen B. Ables; - - - - - - - - which sums represent the amount
of interest made by funds deposited in the registry of the County Court of Kerr County, Texas
in relation to Cause No. 1399 styled Comfort State Bank V. Jimmy Molter, Guardian of the
Estate of Ellie Rosa Molter, NCM and Mary Frances Reinhardt, Independent Executrix of the
Estate of Charles H. Molter, Deceased.
It is further ordered that such sums be paid from the General Fund.
