N0. 15769 APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT, DATED AUGUST 3rd, 1983, BETWEEN
THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE COUNTY OF KERR, LESSOR, AND KX AVIATION, INC.,
LESSEE
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a third amendment to a certain lease
agreement, dated August 3rd, 1983, between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor,
and KX Aviation, Inc., Lessee, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute
said amendment to the lease agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 15770 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1984
' On this the 13th day of November 1984, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Q uarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1984 and ending September 30th, 1984, and
the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
'~ It is therefore ordered by the court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
'i by approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
'~ of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
