COURT RECONVENED NOVEMBER 14th, 1984 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with all members
present and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15772 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 14th day of November 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 6th, 1984,
and the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Eighteen Election Precincts '~

and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns after having been ',
opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore, on motion made ':,
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Conanissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that
' the returns as canvassed and tabulated ir. Volume 7, Pages 25 thru 30, Recnrd of Election
Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in
all respects approved.

It is further ordered by the Court that his salary be fixed at $11,448.00 per annum,

effective the date of his qualification, the same being November 16th, 1984, payable out of
the General Fund.

ET AL. TO KERR COUNTY AND STATE OF TEXAS
On this the 27th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
~'' by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a fifty (50') foot ease-
ment and right-of-way, from Dorothy Mae Van Hoozer, et al, to the County of Kerr and State of
Texas, said tract located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four.
