On this the 27th day of November 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable
out of General, Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust,
Juvenile Services, Jury and County Law Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 15776 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION SECTION FIVE, PHASE TWO
On this the 27th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF CAVE
SPRING ADDITION SECTION FIVE, PHASE TWO, with no variances and that all improvements that
are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUVDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS",
that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved
by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 15777 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF BURT SEIDENSTICKER AS A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE
IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE
On this the 27th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Fred Holland,
Commissioner of Precinct No. One, for approval of the full-time employment of Burt
Seidensticker, effective as of December 3rd, 1984 and that his salary be fixed on an hourly
basis at $4.56 per hour, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct One Fund.

County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 27th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Dorothy H. Hilburn,
County Treasurer, for appointment of Janice Owen as Deputy County Treasurer, effective
the date of her qualification, the same being November 27th, 1984, and that her salary be
fixed at $10,200.00 per annum ($850.00 per month), payable out of the General Fund.

Auditor be authorized to make monthly payments to B. D. Drury for rent on storage space,

On this the 27th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the confirmation of the appointment
of Robert Finch, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Kerr County Industrial Develop-
ment Corporation, to replace Charles H. Johnston who has resigned.

Vice President for the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, be confirmed as Agent for the
Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation.

N0. 15784 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE APPLICATION FOR HOLDING OF SECURITIES
TO SECURE FUNDS ON DEPOSIT WITH BANK OF KERRVILLE
On motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court, it is ordered that Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute
an application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for the holding of the following securi-
ties to be pledged by the Bank of Kerrville to secure County funds on deposit with the
depository bank:

USTN	12.750	2-15-87	100,000.00
It is further ordered that, after due consideration of said application, an executed
copy of same appear with this order in the minutes of the Court.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to Hill Country Computer for
word processing equipment in the amount of $3,891.50 for County Attorney Elect, Gary E. Kerse~,
payable to Hill Country Computer.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund, in the above amount, payable to Hill Country Computer,
upon final approval by County Attorney Elect.
