T.TO. 15813 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR PRIVATE ~,
SEWAGE FACILITIES r
On this the 10th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a proposed amendment to the rules of f
Kerr County, Texas for private sewage facilities, which provides for the establishing of
minimum lot size requirements for residential subdivisions, mobile home parks and commercial
or industrial subdivisions and establishing a procedure whereby wastewater disposal permits
shall not be issued by the UGRA until a plat of the building lot has been approved by the '
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, by deleting Section III (4, 5 & 6) and adding the new
amendment (Section III (4, 5, and 6).

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from General Fund to Revenue Shating~
Trust Fund temporarily, and it is further ordered that the above sum be transferred from the i~,
