On this the 10th day of December 1984, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland for
approval of a probationary salary increase of Rodney Dunaway in the amount of 30C per hour
and salary adjustments of Sam Whitmire and Aaron L. Wheeler in the amount of 12~ per hr., to
be effective as of December 1st, 1984, (employees in Commissioner's Precinct One).
Motion failed for lack of a second.

On this the 10th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved probationary salary increases for
various employees in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct Two, effective as of December 1st,
1984. as follows:
Richard Martinez, from $5.05 per hr. to $5.35 per hr.

T.TO. 15813 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR PRIVATE
SEWAGE FACILITIES

On this the 10th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a proposed amendment to the rules of
Kerr County, Texas for private sewage facilities, which provides for the establishing of
', minimum lot size requirements for residential subdivisions, mobile home parks and commercial
or industrial subdivisions and establishing a procedure whereby wastewater disposal permits
shall not be issued by the UGRA until a plat of the building lot has been approved by the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, by deleting Section III (4, 5 & 6) and adding the new
amendment (Section III (4, 5, and 6).

with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were
had:
N0. 15814 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from General Fund to Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund temporarily, and it is further ordered that the above sum be transferred from the
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to the General Fund when the funds become available.
