N0. 15817 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO LEASES BETWEEN CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY
AND MOONEY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved Amendments to Leases
between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Mooney Aircraft Corporation, subject to
concurrence by the City of Kerrville, as follows:
1. That certain Lease, dated January 10, 1963, by and between the City of Kerrville
and Kerr County and Mooney Aircraft Corporation, as amended by that certain
Amendment of Lease, dated August 27, 1973, by and between Kerrville-Kerr County
Joint Airport Board and BAACT Corporation, and by that certain Lease Amendment
dated December 13, 1966 between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Mooney
Aircraft, Inc.
2. That certain City-County Mooney Airport Lease-1982, by and between the City of
Kerrville and Kerr County and Mooney Aircraft Corporation.

ELECTION PRECINCT 6
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of
Leo E. Dunnigan as Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, to fill the
vacancy created by the resignation of George ~J. Tate.

N0. 15819 ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF ROADWAY IN KERR COUNTX PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a dedication
of a roadway from Steven S. Monroe and Richard E. Robertson, Jr., to the Public, located
in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, being a strip of land 60 feet wide running
from the NW right-of-way line of State Highway No. 16 to the South line of Kerrville South
II. (Dedication recorded in Vol. P, Pages 586-587)

FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT TWO
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one used track loader for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., January 14th, 1985, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas December 15th
and December 22nd, 1984.

N0. 15828 ORDER CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING RESULTS OF LOCAL OPTION ELECTION
On this 17th day of December, 1984, the Commissioners' Court of said county being called
and convened in special session for the purpose of canvassing the votes and certifying the
results of an election, heretofore held on the 13th day of December, 1984, to determine
whether or not in Justice Precinct No. 4 hereinafter called "Election District"; and a quorum
being present, this court proceeded to canvass the votes and certify the results of said
election; and it appearing to the court that said election was in all things held in conformity
with law, and in accordance with an order, heretofore and on the 13th day of November, 1984,
made by this court ordering said election; and it further appearing and being satisfactorily
to the court that copies of said order were posted by the County Clerk of said county in the
manner and form and for the length of time required by law, this court does hereby make and
enter its order declaring the result of said election and finds upon canvassing the votes
