ly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" hereto, into three tracts, being a 175.88
tract described in Exhibit "B"; a 302.80 acre tract described in Exhibit "C"; and a 2.24 acre
tract described in Exhibit "D", for the purpose of resale is for agricultural purposes and
