Came on to be heard this 17th day of December, 1984, R.T.B.B., a Texas joint venture,	
request for a finding that the division of a certain 484.53 acre tract of land more particular-	
ly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" hereto, into three tracts, being a 175.88 acre	
tract described in Exhibit "B"; a 302.80 acre tract described in Exhibit "C"; and a 2.24 acre	
tract described in Exhibit "D", for the purpose of resale is for agricultural purposes and	
`alls with the exemption stated in S3.I6 of the Kerr County Subdivision rules and l:egula-	
tions
On motion duly made by Commissioner lliggins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and un-
animously passed, this Commissioner's Court hereby finds that the above described subdivision
of said 484.53 acre tract of land by R.T.B.B., a Texas joint venture is for agricultural
purposes and pursuant to 5.3.16 of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations is
exempted from the requirement of said Rules and Regulations.
