N0. 15841 APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF INSURANCE POLICIES WITH FURMAN INSURANCE AGENCY, ON A
MONTH TO MONTH BASIS AS PER PROPOSAL
On this the 17th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved renewal of insurance
policies with Furman Insurance Agency that will expire, on a month to month basis, as per
proposal.

N0. 15842 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR CREATION OF A COUNTY COURT AT LAW FOR KERR
COUNTY
On this the 17th day of December 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved proposed legislation for creation of
a County Court at Law for Kerr County, Texas, to be submitted to the State Legislature for
passage.

N0. 15843 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHING OF A COUNTY COURT AT LAW IN
KERR COUNTY
Pursuant to requirements of the State Legislature, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sinner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the following language be published in the Kerrville Daily Times, under their legal notices,
one time, Wednesday, December 19th, 1984:
"This is to give notice of intent to introduce in the 69th Legislature, Regular
Session, a bill to be entitled An Act Relating to the Establishing of a County
Court at Law in Kerr County."

trial Development Corporation Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Bank of Kerrville Project)
Series 1984:
Motion failed by a majority vote, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Guthrie voting
"AGAINST" the motion.
