ORDER CONFIRMING DENIAL OF PRIOR REQUESTS OF DEWEY K.
LIVINGSTON FOR VARIANCES ON LOTS 8, 9 and 25 IN CYPRESS
PARK SUBDIVISION
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner
Holland the Court unanimously approved an order
confirming denial of prior requests of Dewey K, Livingston,
for variances on Lots 8, 9 and 25 in Cypress Park Sub-
division, as recommended by Upper Guadalupe River Authority
and in compliance with Flood Plain Regulations for Kerr
County, Texas.
