RATIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE TO
ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY, BILL BASKETTE, JR.
On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved the ratification of the
administration of Oath of Office to the Assistant County
Attorney, changing his signature from William L, Baskette,
Jr., as shown in Commissioners" Court Order No. 15206,
dated September 30th, 1983 and Oath of Off ice dated August
12th, 1983, to Bill Baskette, Jr., as requested by Mr.
Baskette.
