ORDER CONFIRMING .APPOINTMENT OF KIM HERRER~ AS ASSISTANT
COUNTY AUDITQR AND APPROyING SALARY FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissionez Guthrie ,
the Court unanimously approved an order confirming the
appointment of Kim Herrera as Assistant County Auditor
and approving her salary for payroll purposes, in the
amount of $10,200.00 per annum (850.00 per month), effec-
tive as of July 23rd, 1984.

WHEREAS, the Honorable Don Williamson, County Auditor of Kerr
County, 'Pexas, has certified to the undersigned District Judges of
Kerr County, 'Texas, his appointment, pursuant to Article 1650,
V.A,C.S., as ameni?e~3, of Kim llerrera as Assistant County F,uditor,
to serve at an annual salar.'y of $10,200,00 and to be authorized to
act for. the County Auditor during his absence or unavoidable de-
tention with resy.~cct to such duties as are required by law of the
County Auditor, such certification of appointment being attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the tisndc•rsignud District Judges having carefully ccn-
sidered the County Auditor's application for approval of the fore-
going appointment and having made all necessary inquiries concerning
the qualifications of the said Kim Herrera to serve as Assistant
County Auditor, and the reasonableness of the sa;`ary requested,
IT IS ORDERPtr that such appointment be and the same is hereby
approved, and the undersigned District Judges do hereby certify that
Kim Ilerrera shalt serve as Assistant County Auditor at an annual
salary of $10,200.00, upon taking the official oath of office and
