On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court
unanimously approved a 36 month lease with Commercial Equipment
Leasing Co., for one reconditioned SAVIN 880 COPIER for use by
the District Attorney Elect of the 216th Judicial District, E.
Bruce Curry, with payment to be in the amount of $133.30 per month,
payable to Commercial Equipment Leasing Company, payable out of
the General Fund, effective January 1st, 1985.
