APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN PAY FOR GRAND JURY AND PETIT JURY
BAILIFFS IN DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURT AND JUSTICE OF THE
PEACE COURTS
On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved an increase in pay for
the Grand Jury and Petit Jury Bailiffs in District and
County Court and Justice of the Peace Courts, from $27.50
per day to $30.00 per day (which is a $2.50 per day
increase), effective as of April 9th, 1984.
