ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY IN KERR COUNTY
COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion
made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County
purchase a twenty (20) foot wide strip of land, located
in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, for right-of-way
in the amount of $2,938.00 for aggroximately 1.29 acres,
from Kenworth Stoepel, said property described as follows:
Being all of a certain twenty(20) ft. wide strip,
tract, or parcel of land upon, over and across
William T. Crook Survey No. 61, Abstract No. 111 and
F. A. Sawyer Survey No. 109, Abstract No. 306, both
surveys in Kerr County, Texas; part of that land
conveyed to Kenworth F. Stoepel, et ux, from Donald S.
Jenkins, et ux, by a Warranty Deed executed the 16th
day of August, 1972 and recorded in Volume 157 at
Page 751 of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas.

That KENWORTH STOEPEL
of the County of Kerr and State of Texas for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight and No/100
($2,938.00) DOLLARS
and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged,
have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
of the County of Kerr and State of Texas ,all of
the following described real property in Kerr County, Texas, to-wit:
Being all of a certain twenty (20) ft. wide strip,
tract, or parcel of land upon, over and across William T. Crook
Survey No. 61, Abstract No. 111 and F. A. Sawyer Survey No. 109,
Abstract No. 306, both surveys in Kerr County, Texas; part of that
land conveyed to Kenworth F. Stoepel, et ux, from Donald S.
Jenkins, et ux, by a Warranty Deed executed the 16th day of
August, 1972 and recorded in Volume 157 at Page 751 of the Deed
Records of Kerr County; Texas; being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and
appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said grantee it's heirs and assigns
forever; and I do hereby bind all of my heirs, executors and administrators to
WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto the said grantee ,
heirs and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
This conveyance in made and accepted by Kerr County pursuant to
Commissioner's Court Order # dated September 10, 1984

as declared by Order No. 7577 of the Cosmisaioner's Court of Ktrr County, Texas, as stated
in Volume L at Page 11 of the Commissioner's Court Minutes dated October 8, 1956,
according to the application of M. T. Lott and the north line of TRACT THREE as conveyed
from Larry H. Adams, et ux, to James F. Reno, et ux, by a General Warranty Deed with
Vendor's Lien In Favor of Third Party executed the 11th day of August, 1981 and recorded
in Volume 251 at Page 437 of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas for the southwest
corner of the herein described tract; which point bears, approximately 3280 ft. East and
1427 ft. North from the we at corner of said Survey No. 61;

and 5.73° 56'E., 109.99 ft. to a point in a fence line at the east terminus of said 30 ft,
wide County Road for the southeast corner of the herein described tract, the northeast
corner of said TRACT THREE;
