ORDER N0. 15646 ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT TWO On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County purchase a twenty (20) foot wide strip of land, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, for right-of-way in the amount of $2,938.00 for aggroximately 1.29 acres, from Kenworth Stoepel, said property described as follows: Being all of a certain twenty(20) ft. wide strip, tract, or parcel of land upon, over and across William T. Crook Survey No. 61, Abstract No. 111 and F. A. Sawyer Survey No. 109, Abstract No. 306, both surveys in Kerr County, Texas; part of that land conveyed to Kenworth F. Stoepel, et ux, from Donald S. Jenkins, et ux, by a Warranty Deed executed the 16th day of August, 1972 and recorded in Volume 157 at Page 751 of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas.
