ORDER N0. 15692 POLICY FOR ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS TO KERR COUNTY On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by County Judge Morriss, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Holland voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County no longer accept cash contributions for road improvements without prior approval of the Commissioners' Court, with exception of road projects in progress where contributions have been receivedo Commissioner Lich voted "No" to the motion, not as an endorsement of any policy that may or may not be in effect in any other Commissioner's Precinct, but I look upon this order as being a deterrent to future contributions that may be vital to certain road projects. Commissioner Holland voted "No" as this action is a disservice to the people. ORDER N0. I5692 POLICY FOR ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS TO KERB COUNTY 9-27-1984 Vol. P, Pages 540-541
