APPORTIONMENT OF LATERAL ROAD MONEY
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner
G„rhr;a the Court unanimously approved that the sum
of $2.7,413.47 received by the County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, from the Treasurer of the State of Texas, be apportion-
ed and transferred from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, by
the County Clerk and the County Treasurer, into the Precinct
Lateral Road Funds, as follows:
Lateral Road Precinct No. 1 ----- $ 6579.24
Lateral Road Precinct No. 2 ----- $ 6579.23
Lateral Road Precinct No. 3 ----- $ 6579.23
Lateral Road Precinct No. 4 ----- $ 7675.77
Total $27413.47
