ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF ROADWAY IN KERR COUNTY PRECINCT
N0. ONE
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a dedication
of a roadway from Steven S. Monroe and Richard E. Robertson,
Jr., to the Public, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. One, being a strip of land 60 feet wide
running from the NW right-of-way line of State Highway No.
16 to the South line of Kerrville South II.

acres, being approximately 1.3 acres out of Original Survey No.
1907, August Burow, Abstract No. 1157 and approximately 6.1 acres
out of Original Survey No. 1915, C. G. Peterson, Abstract No. 1273,
being part of 14.6 acre tract, a 15.7 acre tract and a 82.1 acre
tract, and subject tract being a strip of land 60 feet wide running
from the NW right-of-way line of State Highway No. 16, to the South
line of Kerrville South II, plat of which is recorded in Volume 4
on Page 64 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, and subject
tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds, as
