ACCEPTANCE OE BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS FOR ONE 1984
DUMP TRUCK WITH CAB & CHASSIS AND 5-6 YARD DUMP BED
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYP'iENT
On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Hill
Country Motors, Inc., for one 1984 dump truck with cab and
chassis and 5-6 yard dump bed, for use by the Commissioner
of Kerr County Precinct No. Four, in the. amount o£
$23,143.37, as the lowest and best bid submitted and as
recommended by the County Auditor, Don Williamson..
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor
and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
F. M. & Lateral Road Fund in the above amount, upon acceptance
and delivery of the truck.
