REJECTION OF ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR ONE 1971 FORD DUMP TRUCK
& AUTHORIZATION TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SAID TRUCK
On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unauitmusly approved to reject all bids received
for one 1971 Ford dump truck.
It is further ordered by the Court that Fred Holland, Commis-
sinner of Kerr County Precinct No. One,. be authorized to re-
advertise and accept bids for one 1971 Ford Dump Truck, 5 yard
bed, 4 speed, ID y~F60CVL80692,
and after giving notice that he deems appropriate, subject to
final approval or rejection by the Commissioners' Court of ',.
Kerr County, Texas.
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct No. One
Yard, located at the corner of Hays and Schreiner, in Kerrville,
Texas, between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 3:30 P. M., weekdays.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk`s Office of
Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas, until Monday July 9th., 1984 at
10:00 o'clock A. M.
Opening Bid Price shall he no less than $3,100,00.
