ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE 1984 DUMP TRUCK WITH
CAB AND CHASSIS AND 5-6 YARD DUMP BED, ONE 1984 DUMP TRUCK
WITH CAB AND CHASSIS AND 8-10 YARD DUMP BED AND ONE 1984
DUMP TRUCK WITH CAB AND CHASSIS AND 12-14 YARD DUMP BED,
FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0.4
On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authoriz-
ed to advertise for bids for the following equipment, for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 4:
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 5-6
yard dump bed
and
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 8-10
yard dump bed
and
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 12-14
yard dump bed.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., July 9th,
1984, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas, June 16th and June 23rd, 1984.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Kerr County will receive sealed bids addressed to the
Kerr County Commissioners' Court for the following
equipment for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four:
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis
and 5-6 yard dump bed
and
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis
and 8-10 yard dump bed
and
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis
and 12-14 yard dump bed
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifi-
cations on file in the office of the County Clerk of
Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Publication of this notice and awarding of bids shall be
in compliance with and subject to the terms of Article
1659, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. ~~]]
