ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF ENDERBY-ANDERSON CO. FOR ONE USED
OIL TRANSPORT TRAILER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF
KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 4
On this the 12th day of March 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of
Enderby-Anderson Co. for one used oil transport trailer,
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No.
4, in the amount of $5,000.00 for the trailer FOB Lovelady,
plus $1.50 per mile from Lovelady to Kerrville, Texas,
as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson.
Said trailer is to be paid out of Road & Bridge Precinct
4 Fund, Account Number 15-615-500, as requested by Commis-
sioner Guthrie.
