by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Ken
Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, for one 1985 F800 Dump Truck
with 8 to 10 yerd Dump Bed, for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No, Two, in the amount of $27,050,00,
as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson,

Reference your bid received by the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court on November 13th, 1984 for one 1985 F800 Dump Truck,
8-10 Yard Dump Bed. Seventy days have passed since we accept-
ed your bid and it is expected that another six weeks will
pass before we can expect delivery we therefore request that
you cancel the order.
For your information, we will be advertising for new bids
in the near future.
