On this the 20th day of August 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
' the Court unanimously approved acceptance o~ a negotiated
bid of W. H. Manufacturing Company, asrsecond lowest
bidder, for one new Chip Spreader for use by the Conunis-
sinner of Kerr County Precinct No. One, in the amount
of $46,597.00, F.O.B. delivery to the Precinct No. One
Yard in Kerrville, Texas (11,200.00 out of General Road & Bridge
and the balance of $35,397.00 out of Road & Bridge Precinct
No. One Fund).
