ACCEPTANCE OF NEGOTIATED BID OF INGRAM MFG. CO. FOR ONE
NEW ROLLER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY
PRECINCT N0. 4
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the negotiated
bid of Ingram Mfg. Co., for one new Ingram Model 9-2800P
self-propelled pnuematic tired roller, with trade-in of one
used Essex steel wheel roller, as recommended by County
Auditor Don Williamson, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. 4.
Price with Essex steel wheel trade-in
FOB Ingram, Texas $22,000.00
10 Ply Tires and Wheels in lieu of 6 ply 2,100.00
Nylon Scrapers, Spring Loaded 340.00
Total $24,440.00
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor
and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on
the Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4 Fund in the amount of
$24,440.00, upon delivery and acceptance by the Commissioner
of Precinct No. 4.
