On this the 20th day of August 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
it was unanimously approved by the Court,that the bid of
Plains Machinery Company for one used Chip Spreader for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One,
in the amount of $6,800.00, be rejected.
