On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
Holland the Court unanimously approved that the
resignation of Linda Rule as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as
of January 31st, 1984.
