APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK,
FOR APPOINTMENT OF PEGGY J.KURFMAN AS DEPUTY COUNTY
CLERK
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner
Higgins the Court unanimously approved the applica-
tion of Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for appointment of
Peggy J. Kurfman as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County,
Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per
month, effective September 17th, 1984, payable out of the
General Fund and that her deputation be effective the date
of her qualification.
