APPOINTTIENT OF JAPES E. WIENECKE AS PRESIDING ELECTION
JUDGE AND J. F, DUDERSTADT AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE
OF ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 10
On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
Higgins the Court unanimously approved the appointment
of James E. Wienecke as Presiding Election Judge of
Election Precinct No. 10, to fill the vacancy created
by the resignation of Earl Benner.
It is further ordered that J. F. Duderstadt be appointed
as Alternate Presiding Judge to replace James E. Wienecke,
due to his appointment as Presiding Judge of said Precinct.
