ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15196, DATED SEPTEMBER 20th, 1983,
RE: FRANCES KAISER, KERB COUNTY EMPLOYEE
On this the 24th day of January 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No.
15196, dated September 20th, 1983, Re: Frances Kaiser,
Kerr County Employee, be amended by deleting the following:
"full time employee, with duties equally divided between
the Sheriff's Office and the District Clerk's Office,
payable from the General Fund and charged to Non-Depart-
mental Salaries, Expense Code 10-409-410".
It is further ordered by the Court that Frances Kaiser be
employed on a part-time hourly basis at $5.57 per hour,
effective January 1st, 1984, a~ an employee in the Sheriff's
Office, salary payable out of the General Fund.

ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15152, DATED AUGUST 30th, 1983,
REGARDING FRANCES KAISER, FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE, WITH DUTIES
EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE
DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 20th day of September 1983, upon motion by
Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15152,
dated August 30th, 1983, regarding Frances Kaiser, full-time
employee, with duties equally divided between the Sheriff's
Office and the District Clerk's Office, be amended, by adding
the following: "payable from the General Fund and charged to
Non-Departmental Salaries, Expense Code 10-409-410".

Dear Sirs:
Mrs. Frances Kaiser previously employed with divided duties between
the Sheriff's Department and the District Clerks' Office resigned
from the Clerk's Office effective close of business, December 31, 1983.
She has however, continued to work in the Sheriff's Department,
part-time.
Please ammend Court Order X115196 accordingly for payroll purposes.
