EMPLOYMENT OF FRANK L. SPEAKMON AS SUPERINTENDENT OF MAINTENANCE
On this the 9th day of. April 1984, upon motion made by Commis-
sinner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimous-
ly approved by the Court that FRANK L. SPEAKMON be employed as
Superintendent of Maintenance, effective as of April 1st, 1984
and that his salary be set at $14,400.00 per annum ($1200.00 per
month), payable out of the General Fund.
