ORDER AUTHORIZING FRANK L. SPEAKMON, SUPERINTENDENT OF
MAINTENANCE TO EMPLOY TWO FULL TIME EMPLOYEES ON AN
HOURLY BASIS
On this the 18th day of May 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved that Frank L. Speakmon,
Superintendent of Maintenance, be authorized to employ
two full time janitorial and/or maintenance employees,
to be on an hourly basis, retroactive to May 11th, 1984,
at $4.55 per hour, as follows:

and
Nahum Bert Modgling
