ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY
BASIS
On this the 9th day of October, 1984, at a Regular
Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being
present, there came on for consideration the matter
of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1984-1985, as provided
for in Article 3912e, Sections 2 and 6, R.C.S. of Texas„
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the
Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis, as
provided by law, for the fiscal year 1984-1985.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the
Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same
to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.
