A.A.'s acceptance of the over-run costs for the above mentioned project. This agreement requires acceptance by both the City and County as joint sponsors. Please have these documents executed as soon as possible and returned to the Public Works office. The original grant agreement required acceptance by Resolution, however, no reference to this requirement is noted in Mr. Conley's letter (copy attached). Parallel action is being taken by the City.
