AIRPORT ADVISORY FREQUENCY LICENSE FOR UNICOM RADIO
AT AIRPORT
On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that County Judge Gordon
S. Morriss be authorized to execute a letter on behalf
of Kerr County regarding the Airport Advisory Frequency
License for the Unicorn Radio at the Kerrville-Kerr County
Airport.

Gentlemen:
This shall confirm that when the Airport Advisory Frequency
License for the Unicorn Radio at the Kerrville Municipal Airport
is granted to the City and County, the undersigned, as the
Lessee under the Lease Agreement dated August 3, 1984, will
operate the Unicom Radio as specified in said Lease, and such
use by the undersigned shall be on a nonexclusive basis.
