APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT, DATED AUGUST
3rd, 1983, BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE. COUNTY OF
KERB, LESSOR, AND KX AVIATION, INC., LESSEE
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved a third amendment to a certain
lease agreement, dated August 3rd, 1983, between the City
of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor, and KX Aviation,
Inc „ Lessee, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville4
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss
be authorized to execute said amendment to the lease agreement
on behalf of Kerr County.

RE: K-X AVIATION, INC. LEASE AGREEMENT
THIRD AMENDMENT
Dear Mr. Faulkner:
Enclosed are executed copies of the K-X Aviation, Inc.
Lease Agreement - Third Amendment which modifies Para-
graph 39, Public Areas. This should bring the K-X
Lease Agreement into compliance with F.A.A. conditions

KX AVIATION LEASE - THIRD AMENDMENT
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT to that certain Lease Agreement
dated August 3, 1983, between CITY OF KERRVILLE and COUNTY
OF KERB, Lessor, and KX AVIATION, INC., Lessee, as follows:
I.
Paragraph 39, "Public Areas" is amended to read as
follows:
"39. Public Areas. Lessor shall maintain the
runways, taxiways, roads and other public areas owned
by Lessor and not leased to others, in a condition
which is the same or better than existing on the date
of the original lease (reasonable wear and tear
excepted).
II.
Unless amended herein, all provisions of the said
original Lease Agreement, the First and Second Amendment
thereto, remain in effect.
