APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND
BRUNING, A DIVISION OF AM INTERNATIONAL, INC., FOR ONE
BLUELINE MACHINE FOR USE BY THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved a maintenance agreement
between Kerr County and Bruning, a Division of AM Inter-
national, Inc., for one Blueline Machine for use by the
County Clerk's Office, in the amount of $708.00 per annum,
effective g / 1 /84 to 8/ 31/85.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr
County.
