APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO B. D. DRURY FOR RENT ON STORAGE
BUILDING FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 1984
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion
made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to B. D.
Drury in the amount of $260.00 for rent on storage building
for the month of October 1984, payable out of the General
Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and
County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the
above amount, payable to B. D. Drury.

Effective August 31, 1984 the apace that Kerr County has leased
at 421 Schreiner St. will revert back to B. D, Drury as lessor.
Please at that time send the monthly rent payments to B. D. Drury,'
36 Cedar Dr. East, Kerrville. Texas 78028.
At this time I find it necessary to increase the rent on that space
effective October 1, 1984 to a monthly rental of ~ 260, 00 per month,
This increase has been a long time in coming and has been predicated
by increases in Insurance, Taxes and other cost to numerous to
mention.
