Pursuant to requirements of the State Legislature, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court,
that the following language be published in the Kerrville
Daily Times, under their legal notices, one time, G7ednesday,
December 19th, 1984:
"This is to give notice of Intent to introduce
in the 69th Legislature, Regular Session, a
bill to be entitled An Act Relating to the
Establishing of a County Court at Law in Kerr
County."

Enclosed is a copy of a Publisher's Affidavit to be filled
out and notarized by the newspaper which carries the notice. Also
enclosed is a format which can be used to show notice of intent to
introduce a bill in the Legislature, which notice must by the Texas
Constitution be published in a local newspaper thirty (30) days prior
to introduction in the Legislature. A copy of the notice, plus a
copy of the affidavit must be attached to the bill when it is intro-
dced.
In our conversation today, I mentioned that the State will
pay for the publishing cost of this required notice. You submit
the invoice, along with a clipping of the notice published, to the
House of Representatives, Accounting Department, P.O. 2910, Austin,
Texas 78701 (Attn: Norma Chestnutt).
