RESOLUTION TO PETITION STATE LEGISLATION FOR CREATING
A COUNTY COURT AT LAW IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of December 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland
and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that
Representative Gerald Geistweidt be requested to introduce
a bill in the 69th Legislature, Regular Session, establish-
ing a County Court at Law in Kerr County.
