APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF LESA G. SCHMIDT FROM DISPATCHER
TO THE POSITION OF SECRETARY x0 THE BAIL BOND BOARD AND
SECRETARY IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner ~„rhr;a seconded by Commissioner Holland.
the Court unanimously approved the request of Sheriff Clifton
A. Greeson to transfer Lesa G. Schmidt from Dispatcher to
the position of Secretary to the Bail Bond Board half-time,
and as Secretary in the Sheriff's Office half-time, effective
as of November 1st, 1984, and that her salary in the amount
of $12,276.00 be paid as follows:
Acct. No. 10-565-105 - $6,138.00 per annum - $511.50 per
month
and
Acct. No. 10-560-105 -$6,138.00 per annum - $511.50 per
month

Dear Sirs:
Please be advised that I.esa Schmidt has transferred from her position as
dispatcher at the Kerr County Jail to the Chief Deputy/Bail Bond Board
Secretary as of November 1, 1984. At the time of the transfer Mrs. Schmidt's
salary was $12,276.00 ($1,023.00 per month).
Mrs. Sckanidt will be responsible for all recordkeepping regarding the Kerr
County Bail Bond Board, accountable for all bail bond fees, monthly reports,
application processing, and various other papezwork which requires daily
attention. Mrs. Schmidt will also doc~mient all offense/incident reports,
filing and cross reference of these files, maintaining an active stolen pro-
perty file, keeping all daily reports and time sheets for all department em-
ployees, State and National Unifoan Crime Reports, and numierous other daily
tasks.
Mrs. Schmidt is very qualified for this job having worked with most of these
jobs as dispatcher, and, on her own time has received training for the parts
of the job that she was not familiar with prior to her starting inn on November
1, 1984.
