RESIGNATION OF ELLIOT L. MICHELSON, CHIEF JAILER OF KERB
COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Elliot
L. Michelson, Chief Jailer, be ratified and confirmed,
effective as of April 18th, 1984, with severance and vacation
pay through May 13th, 1984.
