and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15443 APPROVAL OF A REPEAT FOR GREENWOOD FOREST N0. 6
On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved A REPEAT FOR
FOREST No. 6,
(A replat for 15.93 acres out of Block No. 8 in Greenwood Forest Suvdivision according to
plat in Volume 3, Page 123 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, out of Lucretia Crawson
Survey No. 127, Abstract No. 97, in Kerr County, Texas), provided in so doing that Kerr Count
does not accept maintenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said
maintenance.
