RESOLUTION AND ORDER
On this the 28th day of January 19 85 at a
Special January meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County, Texas, there came on for consideration the ratification of a
contract for the collection of delinquent taxes, and motion was made
by Billy Joe Guthrie,Jr,County Commissioner of Precinct No. Four ,
seconded by Victor Lich County Commissioner of Precinct No. Three ,
that said Commissioners' Court on behalf of said County do ratify and
adopt the contract with Jerry Shiever, a licensed attorney, for the
latter to continue to collect delinquent taxes in said County for 15$
of the amount of taxes, penalty and interest collected, said contract
beginning on the 1st day of January 19 85
Said motion being put to vote, it carried by a vote of 5
to 0
Those voting "Aye" were:

Edward D. Higgins, Ccs~snissioner Precinct 2
