ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 16275, DATED SEPTEMBER 9th, 1985,
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN SOUTHERN HILLS AND SOUTHERN
HILLS PHASE TWO
On this the 26th day of September 1985, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Higgins ,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 16275,
dated September 9th, 1985, Re: Acceptance of Roadways in
Southern Hills and Southern Hills Phase Two, be amended,
by adding the roadway "Troy Drive - 390.3 feet", to the list
of roadways accepted and amending the total to 14,190.75' -
2.7 miles.
