BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County, Texas, sitting in regular session October 15th, 1985,
does hereby strongly oppose the application of EDWARDS
UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT for a "regular permit to appropriate
public water", dated September 4th, 1985, said application to
be considered under the authority of Section 11.023 of the
Texas Water Code.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, as follows:

and none voted "NAY".

BE IT RESOLVED, that Real County Commissioners, sitting in regular
session on September 09, 1985, does hereby strongly oppose the application
of EDWARDS UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT for a "regular permit to appropriate
public water" dated September 04, 1985, said application to be considered
under the authority of § 11.023 of the Texas Water Code.
Resolution was passed by vote of the following Real County Commis-
sinners: Lanny Leinweber, Wade Reagor, Castulo San Miguel, and Milburn
Wooldridge.
