APPROVAL OF 1985 TAX ROLLS BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 15th day of October 1985, with the County Judge
and the County Commissioners present, the Court did carefully
examine the Tax Rolls for 1985, submitted by the Kerr County
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain
a correct and full list of the real and personal property
subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property
is the true and full market value as reflected by the certified
values furnished by the Appraisal District.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commis-
sioner Holland the Court unanimously approved the 1985
Tax Rolls.
