APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR
YEAR 1984, ENDING JUNE 30, 1985
On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be examined
by the Court the settlement with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1985, and it
appearing to the Court that said reports are in proper form
and should be approved, and that the Tax Assessor-Collector
be credited with the amount as set forth on the current tax roll
of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed,
as follows:
The collection represents a collection for the tax _year 1984
in the amount of 96.28,
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the
amount collected in addition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on the report.
P4otion made by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
Lich the Court unanimously approved the Annual Reports
of the Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith, for the tax
year 1984, ending June 30th, 1985.
