APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF WORK STATUS OF ANN BURNS, DEPUTY
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 13th day of February 1985, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor -Collector, for a change of work status of Ann
Burns, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, from an hourly basis
to a monthly basis, effective as of February 15th, 1985,
and that her salary be fixed at $13,936.00 per annum,
($1161.33 per month, which is the same as her present salary).

Gentlemen:
Ann Burns has been a full time employee in my office for some time.
However, she has been paid on an hourly basis of $6.68 per hour.
For the convenience of the Treasures and myself, I request the Courts
approval to change this to a monthly basis of $1161.33 or $13,936.00
per annum which is the same as her present salary. Please grant this
reques[ to become effective February 15th.
